Refund policy

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products being made to ordered (including custom orders) we do not accept returns, cancelations or exchanges.

We stand behind our kits and if there are issues or problems please contact us and we will immediately find a resolution. Ultimately this is a wonderful community of awesome people and we want everyone to be able to enjoy their purchase.

If for some reason it is determined the only course is to return and replace the time, the item must be returned in its original condition that it was received. A return label will be provided.
